What “custom” means at PetCera

We create an artist-made interpretation from the photographs and notes you provide. We pay close attention to coat pattern, coloring, ear shape, posture and expression, but handmade ceramics will not be an exact photographic or 3D-printed replica.

Reference responsibility

Please provide clear, color-accurate photographs. Changes caused by incomplete, filtered or misleading references are not production errors.

Natural variation

Clay, glaze and firing produce small differences in size, texture and color. These characteristics are part of handmade ceramic work.

Names and inscriptions

Please check spelling before checkout. We produce the text exactly as it appears on the order.

Approval and personalization errors

Previews depend on the product: use the Product Preview option or the artwork approval process stated on its page. Confirm any required approval checkpoint before ordering. The wrong pet, incorrect text or missing agreed details are reviewed as errors, not dismissed as handmade variation. Contact us with your order and photos within 30 days of delivery so we can assess a correction, replacement or refund. Changes of mind or new references after work starts are quoted separately.

A 0-pet option has no portrait but may still be made to order for your style, size or inscription. Confirm its return eligibility with us before ordering; it is not automatically a ready-made item.
