Made-to-order purchase terms
By placing a PetCera order, you confirm that the customization selections, names, inscriptions, delivery details and reference materials you provide are accurate.
Pricing and payment
Store prices are shown in the currency selected by the shopper. Product totals update according to the options chosen. Product prices include applicable taxes, and PetCera ships DDP, so applicable import duties and customs charges are included. Shipping is shown separately where applicable.
Custom production
Production begins after payment and after we have sufficient reference material. Estimated dates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Handmade drying, glazing, firing, seasonal demand and customs may affect timing.
Reference photographs
You confirm that you have the right to use the images you submit and authorize PetCera to use them solely to design, produce and support your order. We will not publish a customer’s images or finished piece for marketing without separate permission.
Handmade character
PetCera pieces are artist-made interpretations. Minor differences in color, shape, brushwork, size and expression are expected and are not defects.
Returns, remakes and cancellations
Personalized products cannot be returned for a change of mind. Damage and confirmed production errors are handled under the Returns & remakes policy. Once custom work has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
