PetCera collects information you submit through the store, including contact and delivery details, product choices, written notes and reference photographs.
How we use it
We use order information to process payment, create the personalized piece, communicate about the order, arrange delivery, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
Reference photographs
Photographs are shared only with people and service providers who need them to produce or support your order. We do not publish them for marketing without separate permission.
Service providers
Store hosting, payment, analytics, email and delivery providers may process limited information for their specific services. Their own privacy terms also apply.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information where applicable, subject to records we must retain for transactions, disputes or legal obligations.

Advertising measurement and privacy
PetCera uses the official Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure advertising performance, understand visits from Meta campaigns, and improve which ads reach likely customers.
The official Meta integration uses a shared event ID to prevent the same purchase being counted twice. PetCera also uses the Google Ads tag to measure visits and conversions from active Google Ads campaigns. Google Analytics measures traffic sources, product views, cart activity, checkout and paid purchases to help us improve the store. Jetpack Stats records storefront visits and aggregate audience activity. PetCera does not run TikTok Pixel or Reddit Pixel.
Cookies and similar identifiers may be used for Meta and Google Ads campaign attribution, Google Analytics and Jetpack visit measurement, while essential cookies remember your selected currency, keep your cart and checkout working, protect forms, prevent fraud, and securely complete payment. Reference photos and artist notes are never shared for advertising or sent to Google Analytics.

Shopping journey analytics
We use a random session identifier to understand where a shopping journey stops. The session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. We record the approximate country, device type, traffic source and steps such as choosing options, preparing photos, adding to the cart and paying. These records are kept for 90 days and do not contain IP addresses, names, email addresses, photos, file names or personalized text. You can turn off these analytics using the link in the footer of each page. We also honor your browser’s Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
