Every personalized piece is made for one family and cannot be resold. Our policy protects that handmade work while giving you a clear remedy if something is wrong.
Cancel within 24 hours
Contact us within 24 hours of ordering for a full cancellation. After the artist begins, personalized orders cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind.
Damage, missing items or errors
Email us within 30 days of delivery with the order number and clear photographs of the item, outer box and internal packaging. After review, we will arrange a free remake, replacement or appropriate refund.
Handmade differences
Small differences in form, glaze, brushwork, fired color or expression are natural to hand-shaped work and are not defects.
Address or photo changes: contact us as quickly as possible. We can update details before production or dispatch, but changes may not be possible once work has begun or the parcel has left.
