Turn a favorite pet photo into a personal 350 ml ceramic mug. Our artist draws the portrait from the reference images you provide, then prepares the finished artwork for your chosen mug color.

For the clearest result, use a sharp, well-lit image taken near eye level. Additional angles help when more than one pet is included. Production normally takes 1–2 weeks after artwork approval; tracked shipping usually takes about 2 weeks, depending on destination and customs.

We send the artwork for approval in 3–5 working days. Request changes before approval and production; replacing the pet or composition afterwards may require a new quote.

Tell us which markings, pose and details matter in your notes. If the finished piece has the wrong pet, an incorrect name or missing agreed details, send photos and your order number: we will review it for a correction, remake or appropriate refund. Small variations in handwork are different from personalization errors.
