Upload a sharp, well-lit photo with the face and coat markings visible. We send the artwork for approval in 3–5 working days. Production normally takes 1–2 weeks after approval; tracked shipping usually takes about 2 weeks, depending on destination and customs.

If the finished piece has the wrong pet, an incorrect name or missing agreed details, send photos and your order number: we will review it for a correction, remake or appropriate refund. Small variations in handwork are different from personalization errors.
