Digital portrait

Your portrait will be delivered by email. This option includes no canvas, frame, physical shipment or shipping fee. Read the custom-order policy.

Framed canvas

Making: 1–2 weeks. Tracked transit: about 2 more weeks. Applicable import duties are included.

Turn your pet’s photograph into an artist-drawn portrait presented as a digital file or a framed canvas in your selected scene.

How personalization works

  • Upload a sharp photo with the eyes, face and coat markings visible.
  • Choose the portrait scene and a digital portrait or available framed canvas size.
  • We send the artwork for approval in 3–5 working days and make requested adjustments before production.

Additional photo angles are helpful when more than one pet is included. Every portrait is prepared to order from the references you provide.

Choose your format

  • Digital Portrait: a portrait file delivered by email, without a canvas, frame, physical parcel or shipping fee.
  • Framed canvas: a physical piece in 8 × 10, 12 × 16 or 16 × 24 inches, according to your selection.
  • Canvas sizes exclude the frame, which can increase the overall dimensions.

For a framed canvas, physical production normally takes 1–2 weeks after artwork approval, followed by about 2 weeks of tracked delivery depending on destination and customs. Physical production, packing and transit do not apply to the digital file.

Your selected options and total update before checkout. The Digital Portrait is sent by email with no physical shipping fee. For a framed canvas, we check the finished piece before packing; applicable duties and import taxes are included, and any shipping charge is confirmed in the cart.

Your details, before we make it

We send the artwork for approval in 3–5 working days. Request changes before approval and production; replacing the pet or composition afterwards may require a new quote.

Tell us which markings, pose and details matter in your notes. If the finished piece has the wrong pet, an incorrect name or missing agreed details, send photos and your order number: we will review it for a correction, remake or appropriate refund. Small variations in handwork are different from personalization errors.
